Atlanta Truck Invasion General Admission Waiver & Release of Liability
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Atlanta Truck Invasion (“ATI”), held on April 25th, 2026, at EchoPark Speedway, Hampton, Georgia, you (“Attendee”) acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk – Attendee understands and acknowledges that attendance at a large-scale outdoor event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to loud music, moving vehicles, vehicle exhibitions, burnout activities, inclement weather, uneven surfaces, physical exertion, large crowds, alcohol consumption, and other known or unknown hazards. Attendee voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
Release of Liability – Attendee hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless Atlanta Truck Invasion LLC, ATI Promotions, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and assigns, as well as EchoPark Speedway and its owners, officers, agents, contractors, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to Attendee’s attendance or participation in ATI, including claims arising from the negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification – Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Attendee’s actions, conduct, or participation in the event, including claims brought by third parties.
Media Release – Attendee acknowledges that photography, videography, and audio recordings will occur during the event. By entering the premises, Attendee grants ATI and its partners the irrevocable right to use Attendee’s image, likeness, name, and voice, without compensation, for promotional, marketing, broadcast, or commercial purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed.
Force Majeure – ATI shall not be liable for delays, postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, government actions, pandemics, labor disputes, equipment failure, or civil disturbances. No refunds or exchanges will be issued in the event of a Force Majeure occurrence. ATI reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event at its discretion.
Medical Consent & Responsibility – Attendee consents to receive emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary during the event and assumes full financial responsibility for any medical care provided. Attendee represents that they are physically and mentally capable of attending and participating in event activities.
Prohibited Conduct & Ejection – ATI reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual for unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or non-compliant behavior, without refund. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to fighting, harassment, intoxication, drug use, unauthorized vending, property damage, reckless driving, or failure to comply with event staff, security, or venue policies.
Entry Conditions & Security – Re-entry is not guaranteed. All persons, vehicles, and personal belongings are subject to inspection. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the venue without refund.
Personal Property – ATI and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Attendees are solely responsible for securing their belongings.
Minors – Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor’s safety, supervision, and conduct at all times.
Vehicle Participation – All vehicles entering the event grounds, including show vehicles, burnout pit vehicles, and display vehicles, do so at their own risk. Vehicle owners are solely responsible for their vehicle’s condition, legality, safe operation, and insurance coverage. ATI and the Released Parties are not responsible for any damage, theft, loss, or accidents involving participating vehicles.
Burnout Pit Participation – Participation in or proximity to the burnout pit is voluntary and inherently dangerous. Only approved and authorized participants may enter the burnout pit area. Spectators must remain in designated safety zones. ATI assumes no responsibility for injuries, death, or property damage resulting from burnout pit activities.
Alcohol, Substances & Drones – Illegal drugs and substances are strictly prohibited. ATI and venue staff reserve the right to remove any individual under the influence or violating event policies without refund. Personal drones, aerial devices, and unauthorized commercial photography or videography are prohibited without prior written approval from ATI.
Animals – No pets or animals are permitted, except for legally recognized service animals. Handlers assume full responsibility for the care, control, and behavior of their service animal at all times.
Governing Law & Severability – This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. If any provision of this agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Acknowledgment – By attending Atlanta Truck Invasion 2026, Attendee affirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Waiver & Release of Liability.
